Water and air leak checks are part of faucet inspection. Test pressure, duration and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each model and order.
Assess coating corrosion resistance; test method and exposure time are agreed in advance.

- Check scratches, finish consistency, threads and mounting dimensions against the approved sample.
- Leak tightness & pressure resistance
- Check shut-off sealing, connections and body integrity at the agreed test conditions.
- Flow & function
- Check flow, spray pattern, controls and diverter operation where applicable.
- Operating endurance
- Agree handle cycling, spout rotation and hose pull-out tests for the applicable design.
- Accessories & packing
- Check supplied parts, labels and packaging; agree transport testing where required.
- Destination-market requirements
- Confirm applicable drinking-water contact, material and documentation requirements before ordering.
Reference methods: ISO 9227:2022 with its 2024 amendment for salt spray; EN 817:2024 for applicable mechanical mixing valves. EN 817 describes type tests, not routine factory checks. These references do not claim product certification.

We are a specialist sanitaryware manufacturer with 15 years of production experience, focusing on faucets, metal fittings and plastic components for the South American market. Kitchen faucets, basin faucets and shower sets are among our most popular products.
From injection molding, turning and CNC machining to polishing, assembly, and water and air leak testing, we have built extensive manufacturing experience and supporting capabilities. Our range includes brass valves, zinc-alloy valves, plastic bends and drain pipes. Over the years, we have expanded our mold inventory to cover many plastic fittings commonly used in South America, while continually adding faucet designs suited to local needs.
Today, our own brand CÓMODO marks a new stage of growth. Building on our manufacturing experience, we are developing products tailored to South America and bringing together faucets, shower sets and complementary sanitary fittings to make one-stop sourcing easier for our customers.
As a business combining manufacturing and trading, we support small trial orders for products made with our existing molds, as well as mixed-product container shipments. Through flexible cooperation, we help customers manage purchasing costs and inventory commitments, test their markets and expand sales, growing together with our partners.
